About This Site

I have thought about the idea for this site for a while. There just seems to be so many parallels between what is going on at work and the things that happened on the field. At first many of the things we did while building The Whitmore Group just seemed instinctual. But over the years I have come to realize that it all began on the sports field.

This site is my attempt to put down in writing some of the ideas that have helped along the way. Some of these lessons may seem more obvious than others, but I think a certain power and deeper understanding comes from relating them to the primordial feelings we all experienced while playing the game.
